Caroline is a Registered Nurse and Manager at Trust Private Nursing Ltd, with over 20 years of experience across hospital and community healthcare.
Having held senior nursing and leadership roles, Caroline brings extensive experience in clinical care, staff management, safeguarding, governance and quality improvement. She has supported adults with complex health needs, long-term conditions, rehabilitation, wound care and palliative care.
Caroline is passionate about delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care, ensuring every individual is treated with dignity, respect and kindness in the comfort of their own home.

NATALIE BESSANT
Natalie is a Registered Nurse at Trust Private Nursing Ltd, with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing from Bournemouth University and has extensive experience in community nursing and supporting people within their own homes.
Her clinical experience includes wound care, catheter care, palliative care, phlebotomy and supporting adults with complex healthcare needs.
Natalie is passionate about providing safe, compassionate and person-centred care, ensuring every individual is treated with dignity, respect and kindness.
